New Year's Eve

Ring in the New Year in style at Calissa with a festive dinner, DJ, and dancing.

Two seatings are available for the four-course prix-fixe menu — 5:00–7:00pm at $85pp, or 9:00–11:30pm at $115pp.  Continue the evening in the Lounge for cocktails and dancing, where a DJ set begins at 9:00pm.  Bottle service reservations available; email concierge@calissahamptons.com for more details.

Menu highlights include Mushroom Risotto with kefalotyri and black winter truffles, Caviar Service with skordalia and potato chips, Lobster Pasta with tomato, white wine, and basil, Cretan-Style Prime Rib with an herb-salt crust and horseradish yogurt, and Lamb Chops with lemon-roasted potatoes, broccoli, and Aleppo chili. 

An optional beverage package is available from 9:00pm–midnight at $95pp featuring standard spirits, sommelier-selected wines, and beer, offered at the bar or your table.
